Early flu season is here and it may be the worst in 10 years! Take care of yourself and those around you at CMC.

1. Take the time for a flu shot or flu vaccination.
2. Prevent the spread of germs by covering your cough, washing hands regularly and staying home when sick to limit exposure to others.
3. Take flu anti-viral drugs, if prescribed by a doctor.
