Go2Work ProgramsEmployment Preparation and Job TrainingThe Go2Work Programs meet the needs of our community for preparation for employment and job training. The program is made possible through partnerships between Colorado Mountain College and the Colorado Work Force, Garfield County, Eagle County, and other government, private and nonprofit entities. Go 2 WorkshopsThe Go2Workshop is offered by Colorado Mountain College in partnership with the Colorado Work Force Center and Garfield and Eagle counties. This free, drop in workshop is ideal for job seekers, as well as students. Participants have access to computer and internet resources. A qualified instructor is available to assist with resumes, job applications and career exploration. Workshop Locations and Hours:

Career Ready 101 and CareerReady Colorado CertificationCareer Ready 101 Workshop participants are invited to enroll in Career Ready 101, a comprehensive web based training program that helps prepare participants for success in the career world. Career Ready 101's curriculum includes over 200 modules participants may choose from including:
Career Ready 101 is organized by subjects, lessons, topics and quizzes. Each of the areas is assigned to participants on an individual basis, according to their particular need or interests. Once participants have been enrolled they can access the program from any computer that has internet access and work at their leisure. CareerReady Colorado Certificate Workshop participants also have the opportunity to earn their CareerReady Colorado Certificate. This is a nationally recognized certification through ACT that verifies the holder's level of proficiency and job readiness to potential employers. The assessment for the certificate is administered free of charge each month at the Go2Work Workshops by Work Force Center staff and is based on Career Ready 101 modules in the areas of Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information.
