How to view your employee training transcript in WebAdvisor

After final grades have been processed by the registrar's office, you can check your WebAdvisor transcript to see employee training workshops you have taken.

They will be listed as P=Passed or NP=No Pass. You can also see the contact hours for each workshop and more information.

To view your transcript:

Log into WebAdvisor
Click on the CREDIT STUDENTS Menu

Next, under “Academic Profile,” click on “Transcript”

Then, from the dropdown menu,
choose “Employee Training Transcript” and click SUBMIT.

and you’ll see a transcript of all your CMC Faculty/Staff workshops and grades.

(P=Passed  NP=No Pass)
