| Description: | In this class you experience the vast and mysterious universe of Tai Chi. This is an outstanding fitness regimen for senior citizens, but excellent for all ages. The myriad of health benefits include, but are not limited to: improved balance, strength, flexibility and peace of mind. You review the Yang 24 short form of Tai Chi and are learn the Yang 108 long form) as well as practice Chi Kung relaxation and healing movements. There is no prerequisite to this class.
