| Description: | In this three hour workshop you will learn how to properly turn on and off your Mac, how to identify the external connections to the computer, how to use the mouse or track pad, and gain a better understanding of the Mac desktop including its menus, dock and status menu. You will learn how to adjust your sound volume and screen brightness, how and when to right click. You will learn about the apple menu, the finder, and system preferences. We will also explore creating, saving, copying, moving, deleting, finding, and transferring files. This will be followed by a brief introduction to some of the more popular applications for the Mac.
