Landlord Tenant Clinic
Thursday, 6-8pm, June 6
Covers tenant and landlord duties, assignments and subleases, tort liability and restrictive covenants. Common dispute situations in Colorado and the possibilities for conflict resolution are discussed.

Legal Issues for Domestic Violence Victims
Thursday, 6-8pm, June 27
This course covers what victims need to know so that they can better be protected by the Court system.

Advanced Medical Directives
Thursday, 6-8pm, August 1
This clinic covers simple, inexpensive documents such as financial and medical powers of attorney, advanced medical directives (living wills), guardianship nominations, wills and trusts.
