Power Cardio with Brittney Glock
AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor, Brittney Glock, guides you through a very powerful, high calorie-burning class that combines athletic aerobic movements based in boxing and martial arts, with ballet and other dance that are choreographed to upbeat music within the 32 to 64 count phrasing. You dance, strike, punch and kick your way to a high level of cardio fitness. This class enhances strength, stabilization, coordination and physical and mental well-being. Please bring water, towel and exercise mat to class.

Yoga: Mixed Level with Laurren Whistler
This class is a form of Hatha Yoga that utilizes bio mechanical principles of alignment together with breath and a celebration of the heart. Each class is focused on a heart-related theme that brings awareness of how yoga brings us off the mat and into the world. The class is influenced by the principles of Anusara Yoga, which empowers the student to find a sense of ease, and move into challenging poses. *The Wednesday class is 15 minutes longer and ends at 6:45. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.

Circuit Aerobic Weight Training with Tom Moher
Personal Trainer and Human Performance Specialist, Tom Moher, guides you through a series of exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Each station is set up to recruit different muscles while moving through strength and endurance exercises. Ideal for those with busy lifestyles! Bring a water bottle and small towel.

Beginning Tai Chi, Level I with John Norton
Experience the vast and mysterious universe of Tai Chi. This is an outstanding fitness regimen for senior citizens, but excellent for all ages. The myriad of health benefits include: improved balance, strength, flexibility and peace of mind. You learn the Yang 24 short form of Tai Chi (and are introduced to to Yang 108 long form) as well as practice Chi Kung relaxation and healing movements.
