The ability to draw is a "whole skill" like riding a bicycle or leaning to read...once you learn the skills, you can develop your natural ability to draw. Learn these fundamentals to help you to "see" in this inspriring beginning drawing class. We will study and practice the elements of positive and negative space, spatial relationships, shape and shared edges as the tools to develop and uncover your hidden skills! Cost: $81.
More Drawing for People Who Think They Can't

A continuation of basic drawing focusing on the elemental and foundational components of shape, positive and negative space, shared edges and spatial relationships (an understanding of these concepts is helpful). We will move into more complex aspects of drawing such as shading, perspective, composition and design, furthering our skills of observation and subsequent articulation in order to draw our subjects with accuracy.
