2010/2011 Rates for Conference Facilities at the Spring Valley Campus

Room Rates

Single and double occupancy rooms are available in our Residence Hall. Each room has a private bathroom.
Rooms can be rented with or without linens. A room with linens includes the following: sheets, blanket, pillow, soap, towels, bath mat etc.

Single occupancy with linens		$45 per room per night
Double occupancy with linens		$60 per room per night ($30 per person)
Triple occupancy with linens		$85 per room per night
Single occupancy without linens		$40 per room per night
Double occupancy without linens		$50 per room per night ($25 per person)
Triple occupancy without linens		$70 per room per night

Meal Plans

Sodexho food service provides all of our catering on campus.
We offer one meal plan, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at $27.00 per person/per day.
Sodexho can also provide catering to specific needs if requested - prices vary on individual needs.
During days that you do not take advantage of the daily price, the following prices apply:

Breakfast Only		½ Daily Rate (ex. $27.00 * ½ = $13.50)
Lunch Only		½ Daily Rate (ex. $27.00 * ½ = $13.50)
Dinner Only		2/3 Daily Rate (ex. $27.00 * 2/3 = $18.00)
Breakfast & Lunch Only		2/3 Daily Rate (ex. $27.00 * 2/3 = $18.00)
Lunch and Dinner Only		¾ Daily Rate (ex. $27.00 * ¾ = $20.25)
Snack table		Varies $6.50 to $10.50 per person depending on request
Kid Rate- 9 years or less		$18.00 per day- for individual meal prorated

Facility Rental

Classroom, theater, gym and athletic field rental is on a per hour basis.
- Small Classrooms (for 14 to 24 persons) are $25 per hour.
- Large Classrooms (for 24 to 52 persons) are $40 per hour. $700/week
- Theater rental is $80 per hour.
- Gymnasium is $60 per hour. $600/week
- Student center/Multi-purpose rooms are $50 per hour.
- Computer labs are $150 per hour with an instructor ($80/hr without).
- Athletic fields average $150 per day ($60/hr). $600 per week
The challenge course and rock-climbing wall are also available for use.
