| | New Student Registration & Orientation at Colorado Mountain College at Spring ValleyNow that you've made the decision to attend Spring Valley Campus, it's time to take the next step and attend New Student Registration (NSR) and New Student Orientation. We can't wait to see you are Colorado Mountain College. Spring 2012 New Student Registration Dates:
So what's the plan? New Student Registration begins at 8:30 am on Thursday and ends on Friday around 3:00 pm, followed by Orientation on Friday and Saturday. All incoming students are required to attend a New Student Registration and it is also recommended for parents. Fill out the registration form and call our front desk at 970-947-8200 to complete your registration by providing payment over the phone. If we haven’t received payment within 48 business hours we will contact you. During New Student Registration you will learn about academic programs, meet with an advisor, and register for your classes. Lodging: We have local hotels that offer a discounted rate for CMC New Student Registration Participants. Visit the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association at www.glenwoodchamber.com or call them at 888-4GLENWOOD for other hotel options. Residences Hall Move In: Students that plan to live in the residence hall will move in on January 9, 2013 between 6 pm and 10 pm. New Student Orientation introduces students to campus resources, strategies to be successful in college and opportunities for fun. For all new full-time students at Spring Valley, New Student Orientation is required and will take place following New Student Registration on Friday the 11 of January to Saturday the 12.
