Take these steps to complete your admission and enrollment at Colorado Mountain College
- Admission Application
Complete and submit the Colorado Mountain College Admission Application. Apply at the CMC location you wish to attend. No cost to apply. - Academic Transcripts
The college/university you attended must send official transcripts directly to CMC for an evaluation to be completed. Send to: CMC, Registrar's Office, 802 Grand Ave, Glenwood Springs, CO, 81601. - Test Scores (if applicable)
Many college credit courses require student to be prepared in reading, English, and math. Submit your scores if you have taken the ACT or SAT test within the last 5 years or make arrangements to take the Accuplacer placement test. (See Accuplacer Costs below.) - Immunization Records (if applicable)
If you are enrolling at a residential campus (Roaring Fork, Timberline/Chaffee, or Alpine), Colorado law requires first-year college students born after January 1, 1957, to submit proof of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination. - Seek Advising
Not all students will need academic advising but it is always a good idea if you want to seek a certificate or degree. Make an appointment with a CMC student services counselor. They will help you set up a class schedule. - Choose and Secure Your Financing Option(s)
You can pay in full or apply for Federal financial aid, scholarships, grants or the FACTS payment plan. There is money available to help pay for tuition and other expenses. - Register for Classes
Register for the class or classes you wish to take. Registration can be completed through five different methods. See the class schedule for registration options. - Attend a New Student Orientation
Check with the campus you plan to attend to see if they offer a new student orientation. It is a great way to get off to a great start on your educational journey.
