Colorado Mountain College’s solar training programs are designed to prepare you for a career in the solar industry.  You’ll acquire hands-on skills in installation, operation, monitoring, repair and replacement of solar equipment.  Each program will prepare you to take one of three North American Board for Certified Energy Practitioners, Inc.’s  (NABCEP) certificate exams based on the area of study you have completed. 
 
You will be ready for a career as:

• Entry-level solar thermal technician
• Entry-level photovoltaic technician
• Renewable Energy Technology sales personnel
• Entry-level renewable energy technology process technicians
