Our partnership with Vail Resorts provides invaluable resort and restaurant experience
At the Culinary Institute, you won't be stuck in a classroom observing the technique of your instructor. What sets our program apart is the amount of time you spend outside of the classroom, in a variety of world-class kitchens owned and operated by the prestigious Vail Resorts.
While rotating through a minimum of three restaurants, you will build experience and skills working in:
Rotations are reviewed every six months. Students are placed based on personal preference, academic performance, job performance and chef/restaurant needs.
