Who is Eligible?

Because this is a federally-funded program, participants selected must meet certain eligibility requirements including:

Have a desire to further their education beyond high school

    and..

Are in the 9th or 10th grade at time of application to the CMC- Upward Bound program

    and...

Are US Citizens or have Permanent Residency

    or...

Are Low-Income by guidelines set by Taxable Income

    plus...

Other criteria as determined by your Upward Bound representative.
