Ski
Area Operations Faculty.
International Affiliation
Colorado Mountain College teachers consulted with Christchurch Polytechnic
in New Zealand to develop the first ski industry job
and career training program for that country. The result
is an international partnership between Colorado Mountain
College and Christchurch Polytechnic. Our professors
have travelled to consult on projects in China and
Russia. They've also met with manufacturers in Austria, Germany and throughout
North America. Ski Area Operations faculty
have created a partnership with Sanko Gakuen Tokyo Resort and Sports
College in Japan. The two schools will share faculty
and students, adding intenational perspective to the
Colorado Mountain College program. The Sanko Gakuen
program concentrates primarily on snowboarding.
