Real Estate Certificate

The Real Estate education program is for those who wish to become real estate associate brokers. Colorado Real Estate Commission currently requires 168 hours of course work to be completed prior to applying for your associate broker license.

The CMC Real Estate certificate program includes the four required courses to prepare you to take the Associate Broker Colorado Real Estate Licensing Examination.

The program is offered at Alpine, Aspen, Rifle, Summit/Dillon, and Vail Eagle Valley Campuses.
