Outdoor Education Program at the Vail-Eagle Campus

photoWelcome to CMC’s Vail/Eagle Valley Campus, where our classroom is the Colorado Rockies. The Outdoor Education program provides a range of courses in outdoor skills, Leave No Trace, ethics and natural history. The program is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in a variety of occupations through a combination of classroom lectures and field activities.

Students will explore the mountain environment in the White River National Forest , and the desert landscape of Western Colorado managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Colorado Mountain College is an equal opportunity service provider and operates under Special Use Permit by the White River National Forest , USDA Forest Service.
