Get Started in Our Culinary Arts School Program.The Colorado Mountain College Culinary Arts program has a selective admissions process. Information about this process will be sent to you when you request an application. The application deadline for the Keystone Culinary Arts program is January 15, 2008, with classes beginning in June. Applications for the Vail Culinary Arts program are accepting on an on-going basis with orientation beginning on October 1.Download either the Vail Culinary School Application or the Keystone Culinary Application. (Requires Adobe Acrobat - check here if you are having trouble downloading and viewing PDF forms.) You must demonstrate college-level proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics before entering the Culinary Arts program. Your skills in these areas may affect the sequence of courses in which you can enroll and may also extend the time required to complete this program. This culinary school has certain physical and academic standards which you will be required to meet before you are admitted to the program. Students accepted into the college's vocational programs must be physically, mentally, and emotionally self-supportive with reasonable accomodations. If there is a concern about meeting the physical and academic standard, students need to contact the Special Populations Coordinator who will determine the student's ability to participate in this program.
