European Style Culinary Arts School Apprenticeship.

Hailed as one of the finest "hands-on" degree programs in the country, this program combines a traditional Culinary Arts Degree with an American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship.

The Associate in Applied Science degree is normally completed in 9 consecutive semesters over a three-year period. Culinary school degree programAlthough the three-year schedule is demanding, if you are highly motivated and have significant experience and/or college transfer credits, you have the option of completing the degree and ACF certification in as little as two years. The complete degree program combines approximately 850 hours of classroom instruction with 4,000 to 6,000 hours of structured work experience. Students usually attend classes one day a week and work five days a week.

Culinary degree programIn order to customize your education to help you reach you personal career goals, Colorado Mountain Culinary Institute offers apprenticeships with many of Colorado’s finest mountain resort properties. These employers provide competitive wages and benefits while you learn culinary skills in settings ranging from large hotel banquet kitchens to intimate chef-owned restaurants. You can select the site that best fits your educational needs.
