We have four ways for you to acquaint yourself with our program and determine if it is right for you.
Audition Interview Get a feel for the entire CMC experience. Come live in employee housing for 3-5 days, work at multiple job sites, and meet other apprentices and your Chef Instructors. This is a great way to check out the area and see if it matches your expectations. The Audition Interview is only offered during the month of August. Omelet Interview The perfect interview if you know this program is for you. Spend a few hours talking with fellow applicants and learning more about CMC. During this interview, you will meet Chefs from various restaurants and get a chance to show your stuff by cooking omelets for them. Individual Tour A brief tour of the area and facilities is available upon request any time of the year. Potential applicants are encouraged to come to the campus, meet the Director and ask questions prior to submitting an application. Please call (970)569-2925 to schedule any of these activities.
