The foodservice industry is the nation’s largest retail employer.  There are currently 12.5 million jobs in the food service industry, and employment is forecast to reach 14.4 million by 2016. 

Your success in a culinary job or career depends on achieving excellence in the academic and technical skills our program has to offer. Presently, students from accredited culinary schools average four to five job offers per person. Graduates can work in hotels, restaurants, resorts, airlines, hospitals and on cruise ships.
