Liberal Arts - Associate of Arts - Faculty
Our teachers create a personal learning atmosphere that is available
only for upper division students at many schools. Professors
here enjoy working closely with students in our Associate
of Arts college transfer degree program. They thrive on helping
students grow and succeed. Often they take their classes
away from the textbooks and into real-life learning
in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Many teachers are active in
their liberal arts field of study - writing books, theater,
directing plays, fine art, conducting research, learning
the latest trends. And they bring this learning back
to enhance the classroom.
Counselors and advisors are available to help you chart your course
in our Associate of Arts program. For transfer or career
counseling, you can turn to these professionals.
The library system at Colorado Mountain College includes collections
at each residential campus. Books from these locations
are available to all campuses. Our campuses are also
linked via computer to other university, college and
local library systems, thus providing access to books
and documents from around the state and nation. Each
Colorado Mountain College location provides full, high
speed Internet connections. Many of our college locations
offer activities outside the classroom which expand
learning opportunities for Associate of Arts and Liberal
Arts: Fine art shows and theater productions, mountain
orientation, lecture series, public debates, and special
seminars.
