Applicants should briefly address how they meet the personal and professional Presidential Preferred Attributes and Required Qualifications in their cover letter which should not exceed six pages. In addition, applicants should submit a current resume and the names and business and home telephone numbers of eight references: two supervisors, two subordinates, two colleagues, and two faculty members from either their current or former institutions. NOTE: References will not be contacted without the applicants permission.
Nominations and applications will continue to be received until the position is filled. However, since the Presidential Screening Committee will begin reviewing applicants' materials in September 2007, submissions are especially encouraged before that time.
