New Student Orientation at Colorado Mountain College
Learn your way Around your CMC campus
Congratulations on making the decision to attend Colorado Mountain College. Whether you are a new or transfer student or an adult learner who is going back to school, getting familiar with Colorado Mountain College will help you be successful. Student orientation programs are focused on helping students make a smooth transition "back to school". The campus you will be attending may structure the orientation differently.
Residential Campus Orientation Programs
At the Spring Valley, Steamboat Springs and Leadville campuses, students are required to attend a new student orientation program. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with your academic advisor, finalize your class schedule, learn about financing options, finalize your housing arrangements and, of course, meet your future classmates.
