International resort careers. Our hospitality graduates work in Europe, the Caribbean, California, the Colorado Rockies, and all travel and tourism destinations between. They work in golf resorts, beach properties, ski and snowboarding resorts, hotels and a variety of restaurants. Some use their knowledge in support business such as conference planning, event management and reservations software. Many of them move quickly into management positions using the combination of classroom and on-the-job training at some of Steamboat Springs' finest resort properties.
