- Download Acrobat Reader from Adobe. (It's free!)

- Install Acrobat Reader on your system.

- Be sure that the installer has placed the plug-in "PDFViewer" in your web browser's "Plug-ins" folder. This is automatic with most installations. (This folder is in the same place as your web browser software.)

- Restart your computer. Required in most cases. (Sorry!)

- Return to the forms selection page or, return to the page with the link to the PDF file you wish to download. Click on the link for the Acrobat PDF file you want. This should load the file, ready to print or read on screen.
