Learn culinary arts
in the gourmet kitchens of Colorado's mountain resorts!
Whether your dream is to work as an Executive Chef at a
large resort, cook for a small country inn, or own your
own restaurant, a Colorado Mountain College Culinary Arts
School degree prepares you for a fast-paced and exciting
career. Colorado Mountain College is a nationally recognized
chef school, and both of our culinary arts programs have
challenging application requirements and provide a solid
foundation in cooking fundamentals.
Both the Keystone and Vail Culinary Arts degree programs rotate you through a broad variety of apprenticeship experiences. Every six months, you will be rotated into a new hands-on educational work environment. This gives you diverse and valuable work experience with a variety of kitchens, menus, and chef personalities. By rotating through various kitchens and work stations, you will gain valuable experience that can be applied to different sectors of the food and beverage industry.
