![]() | The Vail Eagle Valley campus consists of a main building in Edwards and several annexes in Eagle, Gypsum and Avon. The campus serves an area of 1,694 square miles from the Vail Pass to the Glenwood Canyon on an East-West axis and from McCoy to Red Cliff on the North-South.
The Edwards Center is a brand-new (completed 2004), comprehensive full-service campus offering quality academic and occupational degrees and certificates to the growing population in Eagle County.
Fall of 2004 marked the opening of a brand-new facility- the Edwards center at 150 Miller Ranch Road. Vail Eagle Valley campus presents the serious learner with some of the most picturesque and daunting topography in Western Colorado. It offers our students the opportunity to take full advantage of the challenges of nature such as white water rafting, hiking, ice climbing, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. The campus is noted for its progressive educational philosophy centered on lifelong learning and community service. It serves nearly 4,600 students and is known for its small class size, individualized attention to student needs, and a motivational learning environment. Research indicates that the graduates of Colorado Mountain College generally do better in their third and fourth years of college than their counterparts from four-year institutions The Vail Eagle Valley Campus also offers an extensive selection of course offferings through a partnership with Ed2Go.
