Now offering Wilderness Emergency Medical Services training!

With locations in Dillon and Breckenridge, the Summit Campus provides educational opportunities for all of Summit County (Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone).

The Breckenridge site is located in Historical downtown Breckenridge just blocks away from the Breckenridge Ski Resort.  This restored turn-of-the-century Victorian building was originally Summit County High School and later the Breckenridge Town Hall.  Although historical the building provides a quality learning environment with state-of-the-art teaching and learning technology and includes a 160-seat theater, photography lab, dance studio, ceramics studio, fine arts gallery, and computer lab.

The Dillon site was completed in 2003 and offers a high-quality, modern learning environment surrounded by mountains and majestic views of Lake Dillon. The Dillon site is located six miles from Keystone Resort. With a high-tech laboratory, advanced science courses, such as microbiology, are offered at the Dillon Center. Computer technology courses are also taught at this site in the up- to-date computer hardware lab.

Summit Campus has extensive Developmental Studies and English as a Second Language programs. Students can prepare for college-level classes in the technology-based learning lab at the Dillon Center.

Summit Campus is also home to one of the few apprentice-based culinary programs in the country.  Summit Campus is proud of its Culinary Institute at Keystone where culinary students learn from award-winning chefs and work in five-star restaurants “on property” at Keystone Resort.

In the spring of 2006, Summit Campus introduced a new certificate program -- Wilderness Emergency Medical Services. The high-country of Summit County offers the ideal environment for this unique, specialized program. Students learn backcountry rescue and survival as well as swift-water rescue skills.
