Course Availability
You typically will not have access to your class in Blackboard until
the FIRST day of class. For new users, you do not need to request
access as you are automatically enrolled in your Blackboard class.
If you register on the first day of class or after that date, it
may take one business days before access is available as we update
the information nightly.
Please note that Distance Learning classes
typically begin a week later than face-to-face
classes. |
In order to view your course in Blackboard, two things must happen:
- You must be officially enrolled
in the course; and
- Your instructor must have made
the course available to Students
in Blackboard.
If an instructor asks you to access
a Blackboard course but it is not
listed in your My Courses list,
ask your instructor if the course
has been made available. If the
instructor has made the course
available, ask his/her to check
to see if you are on the roster.
If you have recently registered
for the course, please allow one
business day for your enrollment
to be added to Blackboard.
