Who we are

The Experiential Development Program at Colorado Mountain College has been working for over ten years with businesses, non-profits, and school groups. We are committed to providing groups with cooperative learning experiences and training designed to enhance leadership skills, promote healthy group development and facilitate constructive conflict management. Programs vary in duration to fit busy schedules and maximize training time. Issues we frequently work with include leadership development, effective communication, trust, problem solving, decision making, and strategies to develop high-functioning teams.
